Register for the Converge App
Before you get started, make sure you’ve setup and registered yourself in the Converge App. If you haven’t, follow this guide: Setup, register and use the Converge App
Access the Move Team challenge

In the Converge App, from the bottom menu, tap Challenges

You’ll be shown a list of available challenges. Tap the Join button for the Move team challenge.

Review the conditions of the move challenge and tick the check box then tap Register to proceed.

Next, choose an option for joining a team
Choose a team option
After following the above steps, choose an option to join a team, form a team or wait to be assigned to a team.
Join a team:
If you select Join a team, you’ll be shown a list of existing teams to join

View the list of teams. On the right of each time is an indication of how many spaces are available

Tap a team and then join to complete the process
Form a team:
If you select Form a team, you’ll be asked to name it, add a team photo and share the team with others.

When you form a team, there's a limit to how many people can be in a team.

Your team is visible to everyone at your organisation who are participating in the Move Team Challenge.

If your team isn’t full by the start date of the Move challenge, we’ll fill in spaces with people who haven’t been allocated a team.

If you team has too few team members by the start date of the Move challenge, we may disband the team and you’ll be allocated to another team automatically.

Tap Form my own team

Enter a team name, then tap Next

Read the important information about teams, then tap Next

Upload a photo for your team, then tap Next or skip this step by tapping Next

When you see the tick, your team has been formed - tap Continue

You can then optionally share a direct link to your team - tap Send link or take me to challenge to skip
Wait to be assigned to a team:
If you prefer, we can allocate you to an available team. You’ll be allocated once the Move challenge starts.
Please check your status once the Move challenge starts by opening the App and going to the Challenges section. When you choose to be assigned to a team, when the move challenge start date occurs, you will be moved into an available team automatically. However if there are no spaces in any available team you might need to raise a ticket with User Support to assist you: https://convergeintl.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/38/create/135
