Leave a team

If you choose to do so, you can leave a team that you've joined. This can be done by yourself in the App before the Move challenge start date, or by contacting us after the start date.

Note: This action can only be done before the Move challenge start date. Once the Move challenge start date has passed, you can’t self-remove from a team. If you need to remove yourself from a team after the start date you can raise a support ticket with us here.

To quit a team before the Challenge start date:

1. In the Converge App, tap “Challenges”

2. Tap the team icon at the top right

3. In the Team page, scroll down

4. Tap “Quit team” button

   1. If you are the creator of the team, tap Delete team

To quit a team after the Challenge start date:

• If you need to remove yourself from a team after the start date, or if you don’t see the options listed above, you can raise a support ticket with us here.

If you leave a team, you have 24 hrs to either select a new team to join or create a new team. If you don’t make a decision within 24 hrs, you will be automatically assigned to a team which may also include the team you’ve just left (if all other teams are full).
