Register a family member for Online Booking

If your Organisation supports it, direct family members are eligible to use your Organisations' EAP service and they can use the Online Booking portal to start their EAP services and manage their appointments.

Family members will have a separate profile in our system and linked Online Booking account which doesn’t draw from your EAP session allocation and is separately managed by that direct family member themselves.

Direct family members aged 18 and older can register themselves and use the Online Booking portal using your Organisation code.

If the direct family member is under 18, you’ll need to call our Customer Service team on 1300 687 327 (Australia) or 08 0066 6367 (New Zealand) for assistance. Direct family members under 14 are not eligible to use the Online Booking portal. Some organisations may further restrict access to online booking to 18+


Important information

When completing the registration, they’ll use your Organisation code, and then they’ll use their personal details like name, email, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.

However, in the employment information section (during registration), they’ll enter your employment information including position, date of commencement, role, etc.

Managing a family member

To protect the privacy of all customers, including family members, Converge does not provide support for you to manage more than one profile using your login details via the Online Booking Portal and Converge Application.

For you to use and manage your own Online Booking profile, you’ll need to ensure other family members who have used Converge services (via online booking or the Customer Service centre) are not sharing the same identifiers including first and last name (surname only is ok), email address, phone number or DOB.

If a family member has a profile with Converge, or if you are not able to access your existing Online Booking profile, it’s likely that a family member profile is using similar identifiers to your profile. Please contact the User Support team here to raise a support ticket here and we’ll amend one or more profiles to re-enable access to Online Booking.

Family members under the age of 14 are not eligible to use Online Booking, however if their identifiers (like email address, phone number, DOB, etc., in our customer database are similar or matching to your profile, they can still cause issues with Online Booking access. Contact User Support by raising a ticket here for assistance. Some organisations may further restrict access to online booking to 18+
