Delete my team

You can delete the team you created if:

• The Move challenge start date has not passed

• And there is no other team member in your team

Note: You cannot delete after the Move challenge start date, even if there is no other member in your team. If you need to perform this action after the start date, raise a support ticket with us and we’ll help.

To delete your team before the Challenge starts:

1. In the Converge App, tap “Challenges”

2. Tap the team icon at the top right

3. In the Team page, scroll down

4. Tap “Delete team” button

To delete your team after the Challenge start date:

• If you need to perform this action after the start date, raise a support ticket with us and we’ll help.
