Change the email address linked to your profile
For security reasons, if you need to change the email address linked to your profile, you’ll need to raise a ticket with our support team.
Click or tap “Get help” button at the bottom corner of this page to raise a ticket with the User Support team. We’ll then validate your information and remove your linked mobile number.
After User Support remove your email address they’ll provide you with next steps to complete setup of the new email.
