Organisation code not accepted
If the Organisation code (sometimes referred to as an Org code) isn’t accepted check the below troubleshooting steps.
Try with another device
If the online booking portal loads, but the organisation code isn’t accepted, try using an alternative device to access the online booking portal.
We recommend you try accessing online booking from a personal device
Work devices and work computers may have content blockers, VPN’s or security restrictions which block parts of our website, including the organisation code checking tool which validates the code
Try with another internet connection
If you’ve tried with an alternative device, and still have issues with the code acceptance, try checking the internet connection.
If you are using a personal device connected to your workplace internet connection, parts of the online booking portal, including the organisation code checker may be blocked by content filters or virus protection which cannot be controlled on your device
Try switching off Wi-Fi and use a personal internet connection like 4G, 5G or home Wi-Fi internet connections
If using a laptop, turn off your workplace VPN or switch to a personal internet connection at home over Wi-Fi
Check your device settings
Your personal smartphone or laptop may have workplace VPN’s installed or a workplace or school “Profile” which filter websites you access.
On iPhone, go to Settings App > General > VPN & Device Management and check if a VPN or Profile is installed.
For Android, go to Settings App > Network & Internet > VPN
For Samsung, go to Settings App > Connections > More connections settings > VPN
For PC and Mac, check with your workplace or school IT team for assistance
If you identify a VPN or profile installed, contact your workplace or school IT to whitelist the Converge online booking portal
If you continue to have issues

If Converge identifies your workplace is unknowingly blocking the online booking portal, we’ll contact your Organisation’s contact person to ask them to whitelist the Online Booking Portal and the organisation code checking tool in the portal. Your personal information will remain confidential and won’t be shared with your organisation.
