Reset your password

Reset your password online

If you have forgotten your online booking portal password, you can reset it.

  1. Go to the online booking portal: https://portal.converge-online.com/

  2. Click or tap “Login”

  3. Enter the email address you last used with the online booking portal then click or tap “Continue”

  4. Click or tap “Reset password”

  5. Confirm your email address and click or tap “Continue”

  6. You’ll now receive an email to reset your password

If you no longer have access to your email address

For security reasons you will need to raise a support ticket to change the registered email address linked to your profile.

Click “get help now” button at the bottom corner of this page to raise a ticket with the User Support team.
