Change the mobile number linked to my profile
For security reasons, if you need to change the mobile number linked to your profile, you’ll need to raise a ticket with our support team.
Click or tap “Get help” button at the bottom corner of this page to raise a ticket with the User Support team. We’ll then validate your information and remove your linked mobile number.
After User Support remove your mobile number, login as normal to the online booking portal https://portal.converge-online.com/ using your existing email and password and you’ll then be prompted to provide a new mobile number.
