Incorrect employment information / update employment information
If you previously used Converge EAP services with a previous employer who also used Converge for their EAP service your profile may show the previous employer, you might encounter an error when you attempt to book a service or after logging in.
To update your employment information, click or tap “get help” button at the bottom corner of the screen to raise a ticket with User Support and our team will verify your information to assist.
