26 March - Registration issues (resolved)

The Online Booking portal is experiencing an issue with registrations. We’re working to resolve this. If you have an existing profile, you can continue to login as normal.

26 March 3:32 PM (VIC time). This issue has now been resolved. If you have any ongoing issues, please click or tap “get help now” button at the bottom corner of this page to raise a ticket with User Support.


What you can’t do

At this time you won’t be able to complete registration. The website will accept your organisation code and request an email address and password however you won’t be able to proceed beyond this.

What you can do

If you have an existing login and have used online booking previously, you can continue to login as normal and access your online booing profile as normal to manage your EAP services and appointments.

When will this be resolved?

We’re actively working to resolve this issue and will update this page with updates.

What if I need to urgently register

If you have an existing profile, you can login as normal.

If you have not registered for online booking or the Converge App, please call us on 1300 687 327 to being using your EAP services. You can register at a later date or time when this issue has been resolved.
